RemoteSolace wants applicants to know exactly what they are signing up for and to feel safe at every step. This page lists the standards we hold ourselves to when advertising roles and talking with applicants.
It is a summary only. Our Website Terms and Privacy Statement give the full details and apply if anything here seems to differ.
Every role we advertise is one an employer is genuinely offering. We do not promise earnings, and we do not publish made-up numbers, ratings or placement totals. If an advert and the website disagree, we fix the one that is wrong.
Applicants are never charged by RemoteSolace. We do not ask for deposits, starter kits, course payments, credits or balance top-ups, and applicants are never asked for passwords, one-time codes or bank logins.
Before any work begins, ask the employer for written details of who they are, what the work involves, the pay and the payment dates. HR can explain the general arrangements on WhatsApp, but the employer's written terms are the ones to rely on.
Our roles are open to adults living anywhere in Australia. We do not turn applicants away because of race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or any similar characteristic.
If information in another format would help, or you would like extra support during the course, tell HR and we will do what we can.
Each role starts with a short online course, and HR stays on hand through WhatsApp while you complete it. Nobody is expected to start work until they feel ready.
Employers we work with must describe roles truthfully, pay people as agreed and treat applicants with respect. We look into any complaint about an employer and stop introductions if the concern is confirmed.
Real messages from RemoteSolace come from the WhatsApp number shown on this site or from an email address ending in @remotesolace.com. We will never ask you to move to an unfamiliar app, send you a payment link or ask to see your screen. If that happens, do not respond, and let us know.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Statement and in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
If an advert, a message or a role does not look right, email careers@remotesolace.com with as many details as you can. Someone on our team reviews every report and will let you know what was done about it.
The descriptions, photos and examples on this site are there to give an honest general picture of working from home. The photos show people at work and are not of particular employers or applicants. When a role changes, we update the site quickly.
We review these standards whenever our process changes, and at least once a year. Any change is shown here with a new date.
